Victoria Prudden
Chief Operations Officer

Victoria Prudden is the Chief Operations Officer of The Lynch Foundation. Victoria joined the Foundation in 2010 and provides strategic support to the Executive Director on Foundation operations and grant strategy. She manages several essential programmatic initiatives for the Foundation including The Lynch Early Education Initiative.

Prior to her current role, she worked as the Operations Manager of The Lynch Foundation and Program Associate of The Lynch Foundation. As the Operations Manager, Victoria managed all the administrative functions of the Foundation office, oversaw the Foundation’s grants management, and assisted with a number of special projects. Before joining The Lynch Foundation, Victoria was a Special Events and Development Assistant at the South Shore YMCA.

Active in the nonprofit & philanthropic sector in Boston, Victoria has been a fellow in Exponent Philanthropy’s NextGen Program, a participant in Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy’s PIPeline program, and a member of InnerCity Weightlifting’s Young Professionals Committee. She is currently an active member of Philanthropy Massachusetts Program Staff Learning Network’s Steering Committee. 

Victoria received her BA in Political Science from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. She also completed coursework in nonprofit financial management at Northeastern University. Victoria enjoys staying active, especially running outside and attending all types of fitness classes around the city. She lives in South Boston with her husband, Jamie, and two young children.
