Katie joined The Lynch Foundation in 2025 as Senior Program Officer. She leads the development and execution of major Foundation initiatives, identifying opportunities for systems-level impact, cross-sector collaboration, and policy engagement. Katie also co-leads the Catholic School Support Network (CSSN)—a Foundation initiative of 35+ Catholic schools serving over 12,000 students across the Archdiocese of Boston from preschool through 12th grade. She oversees the network’s professional learning opportunities and strategic partnerships.

Katie helped launch the Catholic Schools Support Network in 2023, developing infrastructure, data informed practices, and convenings to strengthen schools’ operational and academic performance. She previously served as Managing Director of Finance, Recruitment, and Human Resources at Libertas Academy Charter School in Springfield, MA, which she helped launch in 2017. There, she managed the school’s $8.5M budget, oversaw HR for 80+ staff, and led operations including enrollment, vendor relations, data reporting, and facility expansion. She also directed the school’s operational transition to remote learning during the COVID-19 pandemic and its return to campus.

Prior to school leadership, Katie worked for Teach For America – Memphis, leading teacher recruitment, placement in high-need public schools, and state licensure partnerships. She began her career as a French teacher in South Memphis and is an alumna of Education Pioneers and the Building Excellent Schools (BES) LENS Fellowship. A graduate of Wellesley College with degrees in Political Science and French, Katie played Division III field hockey and basketball. She enjoys traveling, reading, staying active, and spending time with friends & family.
